By avoiding auction houses and middlemen, it is possible to reduce the six-month journey from the garden to the cup to just one week. Of course, you may find comparable teas from other companies for less money, but the tea and the experience won't be the same
Depending on the type of tea, all teas do contain caffeine. Compared to black tea, white tea contains significantly less caffeine. Tisanes, often known as herbal teas, are produced from just pure herbs and flowers and have no caffeine, making them the perfect choice for tea drinkers seeking non-caffeinated beverages.
All our Teas are packed upon order to ensure we serve you with the freshest teas. We work with top courier partners such as Blue Dart, Dtdc, FedEx, Delhivery and many others to make sure your order reaches you before or in our committed time. All orders ordered before 12 Noon will be shipped the same day. Orders beyond that will be shipped the next day.
Customers must contact our store within 14 days of the original order date if an order arrives damaged or includes the wrong product(s). We will credit your account with a refund after our warehouse receives your non-perishable drinkware or wearables. If an error was made, if you are not happy with the coffee, or if you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.
Tea is a perishable product, so we DO NOT accept any tea returns (unless a Tea Expert specifically requests a return in writing). However, if an error was made, you are not happy with the coffee, or you received a damaged product, please contact us so we can make it right. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and the Refund Policy does not extend beyond the 14-day window.
If you just placed your order, have confirmed that the coffee has not shipped, please contact us immediately, and we should be able to refund your order and issue a new one. If your coffee has already shipped or was delivered and either an error was made or you are not happy with the tea, please call us or submit a request, so we can understand how to make it right.
